About
The Western Region Mar Thoma Sevika Sanghom has been a beacon of empowerment and spiritual growth for women across nine parishes.
The main theme of the 2026 Western Region Sevika Sanghom Conference is "Women: Transforming Lives Through Faith & Prayer (Gen 21: 14-19)". The theme for the afternoon session is "Whole in Him - Women's Health & Christian Stewardship (3John 1-2)".
At this conference, we will examine and strengthen our faith, equipping us to be effective ambassadors on our faith journey. Together, we will explore how our day-to-day lives can become a living display of faith, enabling us to witness and better understand the power and grace of Jesus Christ.

SPEAKERS
Rev. Jijo P. Sunny
Vicar, Mar Thoma Church of San Francisco.
Rev. Jijo P. Sunny was ordained as a priest of the Mar Thoma Church in 2016. Since then, he has ministered in various parishes and served in several key roles, including Assistant Secretary of the Mar Thoma Yuvajana Sakhyam, missionary at Sakhyam Gramam in Andhra Pradesh, and Principal of two mission schools under the Southern Travancore Mission.
He holds a Bachelor of Theology from the Mar Thoma Theological Seminary, Kottayam, and a Bachelor of Education. Achen is a talented singer, composer, and lyricist who effectively incorporates music into his ministry. He is supported in his ministry by his wife, Biji Kochamma, and their daughter, Hannah.

Bincy Kochamma has been serving in God’s ministry alongside Achen since 2007. They are blessed with two daughters, Marvel (15) and Miya (10).
Kochamma is a nurse by profession and holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Healthcare Management. She previously worked in Doha, Qatar. In addition, she has completed the Certificate of Christian Studies (CCS) and Eco-Justice Ministry courses from UTC, Bangalore.
