Sunday School Olympiad 2016
The Horeb Mar Thoma Church conducted the 3rd Olympiad on Sat, June 18 and it was wonderful to see all the talents that God has provided our children and being used for His Glory.
Celebrating Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Horeb
The Horeb MTC celebrated the VBS at the church from July 31-Aug 3rd of 2014. The theme of this year was “Jungle Safari” where kids learned about God as the Creator, Provider, Protector, Savior and King. There were special sessions for adults also. Thanks to all the coordinators, teachers, volunteers, donors and especially the kids for their very energetic participation during this year’s VBS.
Christmas Carol Service 2013
The Horeb Mar Thoma church celebrated its first Christmas Carol service as a parish on Sat, December 21st at 5:30 pm at the GGUMC sanctuary. It was a time to join together as a fellowship of believers to sing as praise joyously as the angels sang “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
Kids Helping Kids – Sunday School Project
The Horeb Mar Thoma Church Sunday school in coordination with the teachers and parents participated in the dioceses project towards helping poor and needy children. Thank you each and everyone for your prayers and generosity on behalf of the kids.
VBS 2012 – Adventures of Promise Island

The first Sunday School Graduation Ceremony of the South Area Mar Thoma Congregation was held on June 24, 2012. We were honored to have Very Rev. George Zachariah to present the gifts to the children. Congratulations to all the children and thanks to the efforts of all the teachers and the administrators.
